All children’s dreams came true!

This week, Christmas gifts reached all the children, and their smiles and shining eyes reminded us why do we continue doing what we do. Every effort, every contribution was meaningful and invaluable.

The Magical Dream Box project was opened this year in late autumn. Children drew and sent us their wishes, and we looked for Benefactors so that every wish would be heard and fulfilled. This year we received nearly 150 letters from Varėna, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šilutė. The letters were written by children who rush to daycare centers after school, live with guardians or experience various life challenges. Little Ukrainians, who find shelters here only with their mothers, also hoped for a small Christmas miracle. Thus, it was extremely important to us for children to believe in miracles.
