Festive mood of Liucytė and her family

Two years have passed since we provided Liucytė with support under the “Breathe of Hope ” project. According to her mother, a lot has happened during that time, but the little girl’s smile and fighting spirit have not disappeared. This year is special for Liucytė – she is in first grade and attends an ordinary school. The mother is very happy that everyone is trying to help the girl, although the beginning was very difficult. According to the mother, today the whole family is quietly happy, trying to work even harder and crossing their fingers so that everything continues to go smoothly. And every day they calculate how much they can afford for Liucytė’s therapies this month. But Christmas is the time of miracles. We allocated 500 euros in support for Liucytė’s therapies, and when we figured that the girl is trying to learn to read and write, we gave her a set of books chosen by her mother.
